like reading the persons sms and adding phonebook enteries without him knowing!! *

Hi. .i am using a W910i which i got only 3 months back. .now everytime i try to open the applications or games folder it gives me an error message . .OPERATION FAILED. .i even tried to master reset my phone. .can anyone tell me what needs to be done *
